The whimsical, creative side of me gets frustrated some days. So I am allowing myself to change one meal a week but still use the same base ingredient.

Tuesday: Balti Lamb Curry
Wednesday: Chicken Parmigiana
Thursday: Beef Casserole
Friday: Magically Moist Fish
Saturday: Pumpkin Soup
