Who said it was winter? Pretend it's summer at Splashers' Playground!

We took the kids along to Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre today on recommendation of a friend.  We were totally unprepared for how much fun it would be!  Splashers Playground is somewhere we will be going on a regular basis!

Sunday AM seemed like a good time to go.  I think we'll do that again.

It was 26 degrees indoors and warm in the water.  Heavenly in fact.  The kids and hubby amused themselves in the slides, and water play features whilst I spent time alternately with each of the girls working on their water skills (blowing bubbles in water, kicking, floating, jumping off the sides into my arms and jumping under water etc).

Here's some pics
You can click on this one to enlarge - it gives some detail as to what the playstructure functions and areas.
Good news is it is really affordable!

That looks amazing, I've heard fabulous reviews about it, and fabulous so the kids can still get a swim in winter!
